Samantha Leedham

Samantha Leedham is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, NLP practitioner, Solution Focussed Counsellor, Life and business coach and Laughter Yoga and Gibberish Leader.
After a successful management career working for Blue Chip retail companies Sam changed her career path several years ago, to help others. Knowing just how much work related stress and anxiety can affect a person, Sam now helps others through situations, whilst developing ways to cope and move on.
She has a particular interest in Women's Health and specialises in offering help and support with fertility, birth preparation and on through to menopause.

Melissa Jane

Melissa Jane has worked within the prison service for the last 10 years, delivering psychology based therapies, helping with a wide aspect of complex issues and needs.
Melissa has now expanded her skillset to include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness teaching, life and business coaching.
Melissa is passionate about her work and specialises in working with children and young adults, having specific training in anger management and related issues. She works closely with local charities, helping young adults to overcome issues and move forward in life.

Elizabeth Pritchard

Elizabeth is an HCPC registered Music Therapist, working with people of all ages. She offers therapeutic interventions for many conditions, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities and emotional, cognitive, and behavioural issues. She is also a qualified Sound Therapist, facilitating group and individual sessions such as relaxation to sound and therapeutic sound and art interventions.
Elizabeth also facilitates community drumming circles and expressive rhythm stories, enabling the participants of all ages to engage in fun-filled sessions. She will soon be offering Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) and Neuro-Dramatic Play Therapy sessions.
Elizabeth believes that sound, music, laughter, and being in nature are very powerful tools and along with a self-reflective process can create great positive change in people. She is a strong believer in empowerment of the person, helping them achieve their potential and live a happy and fulfilled life.

What we offer

Every one of our clients is unique and we tailor our sessions to the needs of each one. You may have an idea of what you would like to work on, or you might just need time and space to talk through your worries or fears. Rest assured that all of your sessions will be confidential and that sessions can be timed to suit you.

Solution Focussed Counselling

Unlike traditional forms of therapy that can take time to analyse problems, pathology and past life events, the solution focussed approach concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring your hopes for the future and help to find a quicker resolution to problems.

Hypnotherapy

Whilst in a state of relaxation, we can work together to access unconscious thoughts and make the changes you really want to make.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a type of talking therapy. It can be used to help deal with emotional problems and mental health issues.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy designed to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness training helps us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, we’re better able to manage them. Mindfulness can help people to have a real understanding of their emotions, boost their focus and concentration and even improve their relationships.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is based on the principle that your body benefits from laughing even when we pretend to laugh. As long as you are willing to laugh you will get the psychological and physiological benefits of laughter. The good thing is that using our Laughter Exercises the simulated laughter soon turns into genuine, deep and hearty laughter.
